We are a local independent company who supply windows, doors and conservatories as well as fascia, soffit and guttering along with an extensive range of plastic building products.
We are looking for a manager to join our friendly team in our newly opened Beeston branch. The role is office based.
Experience within the industry is preferred but not essential as training will be provided to the right candidate.
• Dealing with trade and public face to face, by phone and email
• Providing advice and guidance on product selection
• Quoting and ordering windows
• Stock rotation, facing up, general housekeeping
• Answering the telephone
• Raising purchase orders using Sage, and booking in purchase orders when received
• Raising sales invoices, handling cash and card payments
• Updating end of day cash sheet using Microsoft excel
• Manual handling, loading and unloading vehicles
• Liaising with suppliers
• Picking orders, Customer deliveries
Must be computer literate as work will involve using Sage Accounting Software, Microsoft Office and online ordering systems. Experience of using ‘Window Designer’ processing software would be an advantage.
Confident telephone manner is essential.
